The manual XYZ stage uses a crossed roller guide which ensures the high precision and smooth of motion. The main material is aluminum alloy, so the weight of manual XYZ and rotation stage is very light and the stage can be easily built in other equipment. The XYZ translation stage uses high quality micrometer head with a 0.5mm pitch. It provides a 0.01mm resolution. We have three drive positions for customer choice (left hand, right hand, and center).

Note : We will pack separately XY axis stage, z-axis stage and θ axis stage for safety during shipment. The screws and hexagon wrench will be provided along with the items for the customer to assemble them together.
